Mr. Drulias is the Executive Vice President at Secure Strategies International, LLC (SSI). He graduated from of USC with a MS degree in Public Administration and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Prior to his association with SSI Mr. Drulias was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Security Solutions, an integrated security system and design and installation company. He has expertise in contract administration, integrated design of electronic security systems and installation of security systems. Prior to that he was the General Manager for Inter-Con Security Systems, a contract guard and security services business in the greater Los Angeles area. From 1994-1995, he was Director of Security, Safety and Transportation at Citicorp Plaza in downtown Los Angeles where he was responsible for managing a guard force of 74 people and 9 technicians assigned to manage access control, intrusion and fire alarm functions at a five-acre high-rise commercial business development.

Mr. Drulias retired as a Captain of Police from the Los Angeles Police Department before entering the private sector security profession.

He is certificated in the following disciplines:

  • CCP certification, the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).
  • RAMTM Certificate in Risk Assessment Methodology for water facilities.
  • National Industrial Security Program (NIPOM).
  • Development and design of integrated systems and data base management applications and operations.
  • Counter-terrorism, Fraud and Narcotic Investigations, Analysis and Intelligence.
  • Top-Secret security clearance while associated with the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
  • EPA & Sandia Labs RAM-WTM Certification.
