Ronald T. Williams
Mr. Williams founded Talon Executive Services, Inc., a corporate security and investigations company, after he retired from the United States Secret Service. He also is the CEO of Secure Strategies International, LLC, (SSI) a joint venture Company formed in 2003. SSI combines the expertise of former agents of the United States Secret Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and high ranking law enforcement officers to support critical infrastructures in policy development, staff training, assessment evaluations and crisis management.
As a Secret Service agent, Mr. Williams operated the Counter Assault Team (CAT) for anti-terrorism, responding to threats against the President of the United States. He was in charge of Presidential Protection in California. He also specialized in managing complex fraud investigations. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Williams was responsible for all security planning and logistics coordination for Presidential, Vice-Presidential, and foreign heads-of-state visits to the Los Angeles area. He personally protected Presidents Ford, Reagan, Bush, and Clinton, as well as such noted dignitaries as Queen Elizabeth, Yitzhak Shamir, and Pope John Paul.
Under Mr. Williams' direction, Talon developed into a most noted and experienced company specializing in fraud investigations, workplace violence prevention, protection of assets and dignitary protection. After September 11, 2001, Talon entered into the highly specialized area of Vulnerability Assessments for water-related infrastructures, specializing in review of policies, programs, procedures and access control. Mr. Williams is trained and certified to conduct Vulnerability Assessments under Public Law 107-188 and his company has performed vulnerability as well as risk and threat assessments for many agencies and corporations.
Mr. Williams, who was the keynote speaker at the 1999 Alabama Governor's Conference, has made presentations to the California Association of Water Agencies and has appeared as a terrorism expert for FOX News. In 2002 Mr. Williams was asked by Governor Gray Davis to join a California delegation to meet with Tom Ridge regarding homeland security.
Mr. Williams has been the recipient of the United States Secret Service Director's Award for Special Achievement on eight occasions, as well as numerous other internal awards.

Gus S. Drulias, CPP
Mr. Drulias is the Executive Vice President at Secure Strategies International, LLC (SSI). He graduated from of USC with a MS degree in Public Administration and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Prior to his association with SSI Mr. Drulias was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Security Solutions, an integrated security system and design and installation company. He has expertise in contract administration, integrated design of electronic security systems and installation of security systems. Prior to that he was the General Manager for Inter-Con Security Systems, a contract guard and security services business in the greater Los Angeles area. From 1994-1995, he was Director of Security, Safety and Transportation at Citicorp Plaza in downtown Los Angeles where he was responsible for managing a guard force of 74 people and 9 technicians assigned to manage access control, intrusion and fire alarm functions at a five-acre high-rise commercial business development.
Mr. Drulias retired as a Captain of Police from the Los Angeles Police Department before entering the private sector security profession.

Terrence Dyment
Terry Dyment is employed as a Senior Partner at Secure Strategies International, LLC, providing security consultant services to government agencies and private companies. He has a graduate degree in Public Administration from USC and graduated from California's Law Enforcement Command College.
Previously, Mr. Dyment spent over ten years in the private sector as the Corporate Director of Security at Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 energy-services company in San Diego, California. Sempra Energy resulted from the merger of Enova Corporation and Pacific Enterprises in 1998; Mr. Dyment had been the Director of Corporate Security at Pacific Enterprises in Los Angeles. As the senior corporate security official at Sempra Energy Mr. Dyment directed security programs serving all affiliates, including: the nation's largest natural gas distribution utility company, an electric distribution and transmission utility company, a world-wide energy trading company, and additional energy-related affiliates throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Latin America and Europe.
Before joining the private sector, Mr. Dyment served in law enforcement. At the time of his retirement he was a senior command officer at the Los Angeles Police Department. His commands included Hollywood Detective Division, Internal Affairs Division and Personnel and Training Bureau.
As a Senior Partner at Secure Strategies International, Mr. Dyment performs independent, analytical surveys and studies of all or specific elements of protection of assets programs. He has extensive experience in investigations of due diligence, criminal and administrative matters, security assessments and risk analysis evaluation. He designs and implements appropriate cost-effective security programs and is recognized as a leader who creates business solutions to complex security problems. His experience allows him to network with law enforcement and security professionals throughout the world.
Mr. Dyment is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security International. He is a former member of the International Security Management Association. He has served as the Chair of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of ASIS, and also as Vice President of ASIS. Mr. Dyment has been a member of the board of directors of California Peace Officers Association, Chief Special Agents Association, Research Security Administrators, and Chair of American Gas Association's Claims, Litigation and Protection Management Committee.
Linas Z. Danilevicius
Mr. Danilevicius background is impressive. He is a retired member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), 1982 - 2004, Supervisory Senior Resident Agent (SSRA) in Charge, Long Beach Resident Agency for the Los Angeles Division of the FBI with responsibility of 80 employees. Mr. Danilevicius established the Long Beach Joint Terrorism Task Force which was funded by the National JTTF and staffed with personnel from the FBI and local, State and other Federal law enforcement agencies. He was responsible for all International Terrorism investigations at the Long Beach Airport, the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. Oversaw the design, development, and implementation of polices and procedures for safeguarding people, property, and information. He ensured compliance with government regulations. He coordinated with all Security, Fire, and Disaster Preparedness personnel within the Long Beach, CA territory. He had oversight of the FBI's input into the Port Security Plan for the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles as mandated by the MTSA of 2002. Mr. Danilevicius also handled Organized Crime and Drug Investigations, Counterintelligence and National Security matters and during his career was assigned to FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.; the Detroit Field Office; the Oklahoma City Field Office, as well as the Chicago Field Office of the FBI.
While with the FBI Mr. Danilevicius was tasked to assist with the security for the 2004 Summer Olympic Swim Trials which were held at Long Beach, CA. The FBI provided all of the CCTV equipment including microwavable tilt, pan and zoom cameras covering the Olympic venue, helped establish the command post and coordinated with the Long Beach Police Department, the Convention Center Security staff, and the Olympic Committee Security staff. Daily sweeps of the facility were conducted to ensure the safety of the facility, athletes, and visitors.
Mr. Danilevicius is a Member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI and the American Society for Industrial Security, ASIS International. He has expertise in the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002 and the International Maritime Organization's (IMO) International Ship and Port Facility Security Code. He has served as the Vice-Chair of the Area Maritime Security Committee (AMSC) for the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, California. The creation of the AMSC was a requirement of the MTSA of 2002. The combined Long Beach/Los Angeles Port complex is the largest Port in the U.S. and is the third largest Port complex in the world. He was also appointed as the FBI's representative to Mayor James Hahn's Port Security Task Force which was established post September 11, 2001 for the City of Los Angeles, California.
Since establishing his own business Mr. Danilevicius has assisted both corporate and private clients with sensitive security issues, investigations, and surveillance including both physical and video. He conducts risk assessments, threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, emergency planning and preparedness, physical security assessments and reviews. He is also a licensed Private Investigator in the State of California, license PI 24191.
